Induction ready. The extra thick, stainless steel encapsulated base remains flat and ensures maximum stove contact for good cooking results.
Eliminates lid-lifting for convenient monitoring and helps to minimize boil-overs or overcooking. Using a lid when cooking holds in heat, saves energy and speeds up cooking.
Beautifully sculptured handles and knobs are securely riveted and stay cool during stove top cooking.
Oven safe to 180°C/350° F. Start a recipe on top of the stove and finish cooking it in the oven without having to change pans.
