1.Eligibility
- Only registered users can create a Gift Registry on BuyAbans.com.
- Guests can purchase items from a registry using the shared registry link or code.
2. Creating & Managing Your Registry
- Users may create multiple registries, subject to platform limits.
- To publish a registry, the creator must:
  - Add products
  - Select an event date
  - Select a delivery date
- Once published, the registry will remain active until the event end date and cannot be edited.
- The registry creator will receive email notifications for:
  - Registry creation
  - Item purchases
  - Delivery updates
  - Event reminders and expiry notifications
- The event date must be selected between 14 and 60 days from the date of registry creation.
- The delivery date must be scheduled within 7 to 14 days after the event date.
- All items will be delivered on the selected delivery date.
- The registry will remain valid only until the event end date.
- Purchases cannot be made after the event has ended.
- Product prices are subject to change until the time of purchase.
3. Product Eligibility
- The following items cannot be added to a registry:
  - Free items
  - Bundle offers
  - Pre-order items
  - Pickup-only items
- Products can only be added if they are in stock at the time of adding.
- Any unpurchased items remaining after the event end date will automatically be returned to stock, and the registry creator will be notified via email.

- Prices displayed at the time of purchase will apply.
- BuyAbans.com payment methods are accepted.
- Foreign currency ($) transactions are not supported for Gift Registry purchases.
- Eligible promotions and loyalty offers may apply.
- Prices may change prior to purchase.
6. Delivery Terms
- Delivery dates must be selected within 7 to 14 days after the event date.
- All registry items will be delivered according to the selected delivery date.
- Deliveries will only be processed on or after the chosen delivery date.
- The registry creator is responsible for confirming accurate delivery details.
- Deliveries will be fulfilled through the nearest available warehouse.
7. Notifications & Communication

The system may send notifications regarding:
- Registry publication
- Item purchases
- Delivery confirmations
- Event expiry reminders
8. Order Tracking
- Only the registry creator can track orders using the “Track Your Order” feature.
- Users will be redirected to the relevant order tracking page for updates.
9. Returns, Refunds & Data Privacy
- In the event of a refund, the refunded amount will be credited to the registry creator.
