• Use in freezer or fridge 
• Wash with soap and a soft sponge, or in the dishwasher
• Push knob down when storing in the fridge to keep odors from getting out or coming in
• Keep knob raised while heating in the microwave to allow for steam release
• Push knob down to retain food heat

Don't

• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers to ensure scratch-free surface.
